The RSTOUTQ command restores spool entries from an Archive tape to one or more outqs. Users can restore all of the archived spool entries or select a subset based on one or more spool file attributes. The spool entries can optionally be restored to an outq other that the one saved.

Note: Using the SAVOUTQ and RSTOUTQ commands, an operator can easily migrate a whole system's spool entries to a new system.

The RSTOLDB command moves archived spool entries back to the Online Database. Its features and options are similar to the RSTOUTQ command.
