Archiving

 A list of spool entries matching the query will be displayed, sorted in the specified order and showing their location (Online Database, Archive Catalog, or Optical Catalog). The user can select one of  the following options:
  • Display: (Optical only) The user can display the spool entry.
  • Print: The user can print the spool entry to the specified outq.
  • Manage: The user can display or change attributes or delete the entry.

Note: The user must have SpoolOrganizer assigned authority to perform the above operations.
