Spool Entry Indexing
| The SpoolOrganizer
Online Database and Archiving features have an Indexing feature.
Indexing allows SpoolOrganizer to scan spool entries looking for
bits of information. This information and its entry, page,
and line is stored and can be queried later. For example customer
numbers can be indexed from Invoice Registers throughout the year,
then a user can search for all occurrences of customer number
112233.
Once found the spool entry containing the desired bit of information can be displayed or reprinted. |
