SpoolOrganizer/ 400 is a product that will automatically manage your installation's spool entries. It's main features are:

• Spool Processing: Automatically move, copy, change (attributes), wrap banner pages around spool entries
• Archiving: Write spool entries an Online Database then to tape or Optical jukebox. Query and retrieve
• Report Distribution (Bundling): Gather spool entries throughout the day and print them in Bundles.
• Indexing: Retrieve items from reports (i.e. customer number) throughout the year and search for them later.
• E-Mail/E-commerce: Send spool entries or Bundles via E-mail to Internet users. Post spool entries to IFS directories for user retrieval.
• Web Browser Interface:  Access user functions using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
